So this is it... Tuesday I leave for Spain. Finished packing up my backpack and walked with it. Combined with the weight of my anxieties, it feels so much heavier and awkward than it did the last time I trained with it. When did all my confidence and excitement turn into dread and anxiety? Can I do this? Will my joints hold up? What have I gotten myself into????
